Hosted annually by Eugene Springfield Fire, the Young Women’s Fire Camp is free to participants and provides an exciting opportunity for personal growth and exploration of the field.

This unique camp instills self-confidence, teamwork, and leadership by utilizing fire service activities as a catalyst for this growth. Our curriculum is dynamic and physically challenging, but exceptionally rewarding for participants. During the camp you will be issued firefighting gear and participate in activities related to the fire service, emergency medical services, and other fields.

This is a week-long day camp, open to all female-identifying youth, who are between the ages of 15-19 years old.

Camp participants can apply for entry by submitting an application and a brief questionnaire. We have a set number of participants we can accommodate, so the application and supplemental paperwork is an important part of the process.

Current COVID guidelines will be applied throughout the camp.
