Leaf Collection and Delivery Program

Leaf collection for 2023 is coming soon - watch this space for more information as we get closer to the kickoff date.

In order to receive the best service, we ask that leaf delivery requests not be submitted until this page indicates that the season is open. Delivery requests will not be accepted at this time.

Deliveries are made by area and are not allotted on a "first come, first served" basis.  We are working diligently behind the scenes to get everything ready for leaf delivery requests as quickly as possible.  Thank you.

The Bike Lane Service Request Form is always available to use for reporting hazardous conditions in the bike lanes. Provide us with information about safety hazards in the bike lanes such as leaves, dirt, glass, vegetation or other debris. Leaves and other debris in bike lanes are hazardous to bicyclists.  Bicyclists can also download an app to help report hazards in our bike lanes. Visit the iBike page on your cell phone and click the link for the appropriate type of device

Overview

Eugene's leaf season is seasonal  (November - January). Eugene’s leaf program dates back to the 1960s. Initially a basic flood-control service, the leaf program has evolved over the years to include significant benefits in the areas of water quality, natural resource recycling and community service.
