Terminal Accessibility and Accommodations


ADA Assistance

 For wheelchair service to/from the security checkpoint, or the boarding gate/aircraft, please arrange these services through your airline in advance of your flight. Air carriers are required, on request, to provide wheelchair service from the curb to the airplane on departure, and from the airplane back out to the curb upon arrival. However, carriers are not required to station employees at the curb to await the arrival of passengers required this assistance. If requested, after  a flight arrives the carrier must also assist in claiming checked luggage before providing assistance to the curb. 


There are wheelchairs available at the airline ticket counters for public use at the airport.

Women's Lactation Suites

Eugene airport  has two private areas for nursing mothers. The Lactation Suites provide comfortable seating, a charging outlet and are located on the secure side of the terminal. 


Pet Relief Station

A pet relief station is available for passengers that are traveling with their pet. Please visit your airline ticket counter or gate counter to request an escort.
