Single Role Medical Technician (Paramedic & EMT)
As a member of a Single Role team, you respond to a wide variety of medical emergencies, ranging from basic life support to advanced life support. Our single role ambulances are staffed with one Paramedic and one EMT, who work together to respond to calls for service from members of our community. This position works 24-hour shifts, where they live in a station while on duty.

Basic Life Support Technician
As a member of a Single Role BLS team, you respond to a variety of medical needs. Single Role BLS Technicians work twelve hour shifts on an ambulance and respond from Eugene Springfield Fire Stations. This position offers flexible scheduling that works well for students and provides an entry-level opportunity to begin a career in fire and emergency medical services.
