Daily Event Parking Permits:

$25/Day Parking in Temporary Event Parking District

Daily Event Parking Permits are available for purchase online and allow you to park in our Temporary Event Parking District between Wednesday, July 13 and Sunday, July 24. The District is located south of Hayward Field. Proceeds from the Daily Event Parking Permits will go towards a project in the neighborhood park. 

How to Purchase Online

  1. Use the button above, or visit https://eugene.aimsparking.com/.
  2. Click Login, then click Register a New Account.
  3. Once registered, Login and click Order Permit.
  4. Choose Daily Parking Event Permit to be guided through the ordering process. You will need your license plate number and a credit card to complete your transaction.
  5. Once purchased, your digital permit is active. You may login to your account at any time to view your permit details in the Permits tab. 

Know Before You Buy

  • Daily Event Parking Permits are digital. You will need to know your license plate number in order to purchase a  Daily Event Parking Permit.
  • Permits are assigned to your vehicle license plate and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Each vehicle requires a permit. 
  • Permits are purchased online.  A permit can be purchased for multiple days, but you can only purchase one permit per transaction. 
  • Permits are not valid in signed ADA-Accessible or Commercially-Marked Vehicle Only spaces, unless otherwise eligible.  Permits are only valid within the Temporary Event Parking District, outlined below.
  • Parking fines will double during the event.

Where to Park with a Daily Event Parking Permit

The map below shows the boundaries of the Temporary Event Parking District. Permits are $25/day and valid within the district.

  • Permits allow on-street parking between Hilyard St. and Agate St. and 18th Ave. and 23rd Ave during regulated parking hours.
  • Look for Permit Parking Only signs to be sure your permit is valid: "Permit Parking Only - Event, Zone A & H.
  • A scannable QR code links to our homepage for information and permit instructions. 
  • Permits do not allow parking in ADA-accessible or Commercially-Marked Vehicle Only spaces, unless otherwise eligible.

World Athletics Championships Parking FAQ for Zone Residents

  • The Temporary Event Parking District will be in place from July 13 to July 24. A permit will be required to park in the district.
  • Residential Zone permits, including guest permits, will remain valid within the Temporary Event Parking District. 
  • Guest permits for eligible zone residents can be generated via your account at https://eugene.aimsparking.com/. For assistance, email parkingpermits@eugene-or.gov. You will need to provide your guests' license plates to set up guest permits.  
  • Daily Event Parking Permits will be available for purchased online, using the links and instructions at the top of this page.
  •  A license plate number is required to purchase an event parking permit. Permits will be enforced with license plate recognition.
  • Enforcement will increase within the Temporary Event Parking District and surrounding neighborhoods during the event. 
  • Parking fines will double during the event.
  • Proceeds from event parking permit sales will go towards a project at the neighborhood park.
